1. DELIVERY COVERAGE
- Vietnam: We deliver to all 34/34 provinces across the territory of Vietnam.
- International: We provide floral services to over 150 countries worldwide.
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
- Ho Chi Minh City: Please order at least 3 hours in advance.
- Other Provinces in Vietnam: Please order at least 12 hours in advance.
- International Orders: Please order at least 24 hours in advance.

3. SERVICE EXCLUSIONS
360Flowers.net does not provide delivery services during the following times/locations:
- Public Holidays: The first three days of the Lunar New Year (Tet Holiday).
- Nighttime: Between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM the following day.
- Restricted Areas: Military zones, prohibited areas, or locations that pose a danger to our delivery staff.
4. DELIVERY DELAYS & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
- Peak Holidays: On major occasions (Feb 14, March 8, Oct 20, Nov 20, etc.), specific delivery times are not guaranteed due to high volume.
- Market Price: During holidays, flower prices may increase by 20-30% depending on market fluctuations.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect recipient details, inability to contact the recipient, or uncontrollable external factors (weather, traffic, etc.).
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers (valid for 5–7 hours of storage), 360Flowers.net will not issue refunds in the following scenarios:
- Recipient Refusal: The recipient at the provided address refuses to accept the flowers.
- Late Cancellation: Orders canceled less than 4 hours before the delivery time.
- Incorrect Information: Incorrect address or phone number provided, and we cannot reach the sender/recipient within 6 hours.
- Restricted Access: If the delivery location does not allow flowers, we can redirect to another address (additional fees may apply).
- Recipient Absence: If the recipient is not present, we may leave the flowers with a representative or redirect to a new address (additional fees may apply).
