We are proud of our reputation for freshness and quality. However, sometimes the life of your flowers can be shortened for reasons over which we have no control. These include things like grower production, extremely high weather temperatures, transportation issues and so on. Therefore, if your flowers wilt within 24 hours of delivery, and you’ve looked after them according to the care instructions please contact us and we will investigate the situation for you immediately. If it is deemed that the flowers did not last as long as reasonably expected or that the incorrect flowers had been sent, then we will arrange for replacement flowers to be sent as soon as possible with our sincere apologies and compliments. By ordering on this website you are accepting these conditions.
Time Frame for Complaints
All complaints, questions, concerns regarding your flower order must be received with 24 hours of the flowers being delivered either by writing or calling us, so that the matter can be addressed.
Three Day Return Policy
On average, the flowers should last between 3 and 7 days. Should your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, we will be happy to resend new set of flowers. Vietnamsflorist reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. We require that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. If for any valid reason, you are unable to communicate with us within the due time frame, please notify us and we can consider case by case.
To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers. Regretfully, we cannot arrange a resend of fresh flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.
Refund and Return Policy
Again, your satisfaction is guaranteed here. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure your delivery perfectly. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything go wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Our customer service staff are trained to respond to concerns and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot.
- If the order is cancelled by the customer 5 business days (excluding weekend) days before the delivery date, customer will get full refund.
- If the order is cancelled by the customer 3 business days (excluding weekend) before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount.
- If the order is cancelled by the customer less than 3 days before the delivery date, no refund will be made.
Return & Replace:
If customer not satisfied with item for a valid reason, item may be replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working days, but cannot be refunded.
We will surely replace the item if you can inform us within 24 hours upon delivery of your items if:
- Faulty items.
- Items damaged in transit.
Items cannot be exchanged with any other item.
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased or to the paypal account or bank account, if that form of payment is selected. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
