360flowers.net is operated by Cong Ty TNHH Thuong Mai ZAS and guarantees a quality product and service to our customer. Each order consists of the highest-grade products. We investigate all complaints thoroughly. Refunds or product replacements will be given in the event of all genuine complaints. The following care procedures must be followed before any complaint is considered. In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your order please e-mail us.
GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS
All business conducted from this website is covered by the following terms and conditions, and shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions. Changes to terms and conditions may only be effective if agreed by us. This web-site may contain links to other web-sites on the internet. We are not responsible for the availability of products or the content of those web-sites. All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the design and content of this web-site are reserved to us and our licensors. Any copying of the design or contents or other unauthorised use will infringe our rights. We are unable to confirm that the information set out on this web-site is accurate or complete or that use of the site is free of risk or virus or other damage.
Range of products and substitution
At 360flowers some product ranges are not available at all locations at the same time. Customers will be informed when a selected product is not available in the delivery location. When a product is unavailable in your chosen location 360flowers may be able to offer you an alternative product. Any orders outside our 360flowers delivery network are 'Nationwide' deliveries which are conducted by our connected and proven dedicated local florists. These products are unbranded and not packaged in our branded packaging.
Cakes and chocolates as gifts (and not as add ons) in HO Chi Minh City and Hanoi are supplied by a third party and are branded cakes.
At 360flowerst we endeavour to fulfil orders in compliance with product descriptions, however orders may be subject to seasonal and product availability. Wereserve the right to substitute products and items when necessary. We take extra care to ensure the final product is as similar in quality to the requested item. Substitutions and alterations to the style of a product will be of similar quality and value.
In some uncertain time when the main flower type in the bouquet have to be replaced, we will attempt to notify you; if we are unable to reach you with the contact details provided, we will proceed with the substitution of our florists choice to prevent delays in the order delivery. Roses, however, will never be substituted with other flowers without requesting your confirmation first.
If our florist does not have a certain additional product, the delivery will be made without said item and we will refund the sum of the product in question.
Image and Products
For photographic and decoration purposes containers such as dishes, glasses or other props may be used for display purposes and are not included with the final product. The itemised product description available on the product page outlines the contents of final products.
Some products contain the items listed in the descriptions. In most cased vases and other items are not included, unless specifically mentioned in the product description. Photographs of flower bouquets represent the average bouquet size. There may be minor variations in the bouquet’s composition and shape and its contents
Each of our bouquet are different and hand mane, so they would most definitely not look alike. Every effort is made to match orders as closely as possible to the product photographs and descriptions. While slight variations are sometimes necessary, the concept and quality of the item ordered are always guaranteed.
At 360flowers the photographs we use are to illustrate our complementary products are pictures and do not represent any particular brand. These products are sent from our florists and their availability depends on the season and on stock
Things about roses to consider
Roses are special and quite unique on their own. Roses come in all shapes and sizes. Similarly, some roses open fully and some remain closed, while some varieties of roses are quite fragrant, others are attractive for their pure beauty and elegance. It is important to note that the selection of roses in cooler months is not as vast as it is in the warmer, summer months. Furthermore, the roses available in winter are generally less fragrant. This does not mean they are of a lesser quality, they are simply a different variation and sometimes you might want to have closed roses but available rose varieties would be open and that should be admired for their natural characteristics and for the loving intentions with which they were sent. 360flowers reserves the right to deliver what is available without any further notice.
PURCHASE AND SALE OF ALCOHOL
At 360flowers, we support the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Purchaser Representation: By ticking the ‘I agree’ button during the checkout process, the purchaser represents that they and the recipient, are over 18 years old. The purchaser accepts that it is an offence to falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years.
Upon delivery of the alcohol products, the recipient maybe required to provide a valid ID for proof of age and sign for the goods.
You are provided with access to this website only for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of the website in any way, or use the website in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to others
Flowers and foliage are not for human or animal consumption. You must advise us when placing the order for flowers if the Recipient has any allergies to particular types of flowers. If you do not do so then we will not be able to take any allergies into account when supplying the products. We do not accept responsibility for:
a. any use of this website which is illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you;
b. any interference or damage to your own computer which arises in connection with your use of this website;
c. losses you may sustain due to unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of information contained on your computer or on this website; or
d. malfunctions to computers, hardware or software, or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections or for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or misdirected information.
You will, to the maximum extent permitted by the law, at all times and from time to time indemnify, and keep indemnified, us and our directors, officers, agents and employees (together the “Indemnified Party”) harmless from and against all liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses directly or indirectly incurred or suffered by the Indemnified Party, and from and against all actions, proceedings, claims or demands made against the Indemnified Party as a result of:
(a) your use of the website;
(b) your use of products purchased from us;
(c) your provision of incorrect information to us; or
(d) any breach of these Terms.
We will not accept liability including death to you in respect of any loss or damage (including indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered or incurred by you or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of:
(a) your use of this website;
(b) any loss arising out of your use of, reliance on or failure to act, on any information contained on or accessed through this website;
(c) errors, mistakes or omissions on this website;
(d) goods or services supplied pursuant to an order placed on this website; and/or
(e) any failure or omission on our part to comply with our obligations as set out in the Terms.
If by reason of any fact, circumstance, matter or thing beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to lockout or other interference with work, blockade, disturbance, lightning, fire, earthquake, storm, flood, explosion, governmental or quasi-governmental restraint, unavailability or delay in availability of equipment or transport, we are unable to perform any obligation under this agreement, we are relieved of that obligation to the extent that we are so unable to perform and are not be liable to you in respect of such inability
360flowers will issue an order reference number automatically after processing card payment. This confirms that we have received your order. Please make sure you enter your email address correctly and on the appropriate field on our order form as we cannot accept responsibility if you do not receive email confirmation. Please keep a note of your personal order number for reference. If there is any ambiguity with order call us urgently and we will confirm the status of your order. We will endeavour to fulfil your order to the best of our ability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part at any time. We prefer to have at least 48 hours’ notice of order. If you place an order with us after the daily deadline, your order will be treated as though it had been placed before the deadline for the following day. We cannot accept orders placed more than a year before the date of delivery.
360flowers delivers nationwide in Vietnam. Operates 7 (seven) days a week.
We currently deliver only in the Vietnam through our local florists & our own delivery team
We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs. Give us details shipping address of the recipient along phone number to avoid delay.
The delivery fee is mostly included in the product price, but is added during the checkout process if it’s on the same day delivery.
At 360flowers we aim to deliver your gift as requested, however we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as it depends on the availability of our logistics partners and our local florists. In some cases, however, and depending on the date and destination chosen, you will be given the option of choosing between morning or afternoon delivery.
Deliveries not arrived on time:
For any unforeseen circumstances, if we are unable to deliver your order on the selected date due to circumstances within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund. If, on the other hand, we are unable to make a delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (for instance, the recipient is not at home), you will not be entitled to a refund.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details and address:
If you provide us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information on placing your order, we will not be able to guarantee delivery. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to confirm the details or to acquire additional information from you. You should bear in mind that changes to said information should be made at least three business days before the scheduled delivery date. 360flowers.net will not be liable if your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and you will therefore not be entitled to a refund.
Please be extra mindful regarding orders sent to hospitals, hotels, residential homes, companies, universities or public buildings are not guaranteed, but in most cases arrive as requested. If your delivery is going to such a location, please provide the name and telephone number of the establishment and as many details as possible.
In the case of hospitals, we will need the recipient’s ward and room number. 360flowers will attempt to deliver you’re your flower or gift in accordance with each establishment’s procedures, but we cannot be held liable if these procedures prevent successful delivery. Please note that many hospitals do not permit delivery to individual rooms or flower delivery at all. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
If you wish to send flowers to someone staying in a hotel, you should specify their room number (if possible) and the name of the person under which the booking was made.
360flowers cannot issue a refund if a delivery cannot be made due to these circumstances and or any PO Box address.
Refused by recipient:
360flowers would not be liable to this and you would not be entitled for a refund.
Alteration in order arrangements
To make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service [email protected]360flowers.net. You should make these changes at least three business days before the chosen delivery date. Or you will not be entitled to any refund or replacement.

In periods characterised by a large volume of orders (such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day, women’s day, mother’s day), some of the aforementioned policies may be subject to changes:
- Changes and Cancellations: We cannot guarantee the execution of order changes or cancellations if they are not requested in the time period stipulated above.
- Delivery Times: We cannot guarantee morning or afternoon delivery though you were given the option of choosing the time slot when placing your order.
- In some cases, and provided notification is given when placing your order, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of your order on the chosen date and it will be made at the first available time
We cannot guarantee that special requests will be met. If such requests cannot be met, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Same day deliveries
To ensure same day delivery, orders must be received by 9am local Vietnamese time
SUNDAYS / PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
At 360flowers, we will aim to deliver your flower or gifts as requested. However if we are unable to process your request, your order will be delivered on the next business day.
Here at the 360flowers, we do not believe in stringent delivery guidelines, we will do our best to fulfil every customer’s individual delivery requirements. Please contact us if you require something out of the ordinary.
Funeral deliveries are guaranteed by service times.
RECIPIENT NOT HOME
Should the recipient not be home when the delivery is made, discretion is left to the driver to leave flowers in a safe and protected place. This may include leaving with neighbours, if so, a calling card will be left under the door or in the letterbox. 360flowers would not take any responsibility regarding this if the items are damaged or melted (cakes, chocolates) regarding this and you would not be entitled a refund.
